- Hostinger, our website hosting provider, which stores the website and associated data on our behalf.
- Email and IT service providers, where relevant to running our business.
- Our accountant or legal advisers, where necessary.
- Third-party services such as Google, Cloudflare, analytics or maps providers, only if they are actually used on this website (see below).
- Public authorities or regulators, where we are legally required to do so.
International transfers
We aim to keep your data within the UK. Some of our providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we take steps to ensure your data is protected by an appropriate safeguard recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep data
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: we suggest keeping these for up to 12 months after your last contact with us.
- Customer and project records: we suggest keeping business and accounting records for up to 6 years.
- Uploaded photos: we keep these only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, prepare a quote or maintain the project record.
- Server logs: retained in line with our hosting and security needs.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

This website uses essential storage to keep the website secure, working correctly and to remember your cookie preferences. Essential cookies and similar technologies cannot be switched off through our cookie banner.
With your consent, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website and to improve our services. These analytics technologies may process technical information such as pages visited, device and browser information, approximate location, IP address and online identifiers.
Google Maps is also only loaded after you have given consent for embedded Google services. Until then, the map is blocked so that no connection to Google Maps is made automatically.
